Case Results
Some of attorney Frank Piscitelli's more recent accomplishments include serving as trial counsel in a medical malpractice case that resolved for more than $1 million; trial counsel in a case against an ambulance company for spilling oxygen on a patient that resulted in a $360,000 verdict; counsel for a child injured on an amusement park ride that resulted in a $2 million settlement; and lead counsel in two separate cases against nursing homes for wrongful death and abuse, each of which resulted in substantial six-figure settlements.

He is currently admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, United States District Court, Northern District Court of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
A graduate of the Cleveland Marshall College of Law, he is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College, an organization that hand-selects approximately 50 attorneys around the United States each year.
